Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in QA and localization roles
- Proficiency in JIRA, Selenium, JavaScript, Python, and scripting automation tasks
- Experience running multiple localization projects
- Participation in scrum meetings and ability to execute tasks while being accountable to larger teams
- Ability to plan sprints and prepare documentation for leadership teams
- Experience working in a lead capacity without a formal reporting structure
- Experience with automation preferred
- Manage multiple localization projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Participate in and facilitate scrum meetings, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
- Take accountability for project deliverables within larger teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Plan sprints and prepare necessary documentation for leadership teams to provide visibility into project progress and outcomes
- Serve as a lead within the localization team, providing guidance and support to team members without a formal reporting structure
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Selenium, JavaScript, and Python to automate localization tasks and improve efficiency
