Resuscitation Accountable for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment at fixed workstation positions including: •Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly as it moves along the assembly line •Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods •Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products •Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis ZOLL Medical is a growing, innovation-driven company on the forefront of delivering medical devices to save lives, and software solutions to improve efficiency. Join our team. It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL! Job Summary: Perform limited electromechanical production subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature. Essential Functions: Skill Requirements: Required/ Preferred Education and Experience: Assembles and/ or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operations and sequences are specified by established documentation. May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections. May operate automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment Other duties as assigned Entry level, generally less than 1 year experience Must be able to read and understand assembly documentation, blueprints and/or wire lists. Must be able to use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. Must be familiar with general computer operation.
