Zobility is Hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician (CNC & PLC) Near Three Rivers, MI
- Electricians with Journeyman's card, or 7 years of direct electrician experience.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment – NOT facilities maintenance.
- A qualified journeyman electrician with construction or facilities experience is not a fit.
- Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry (automotive preferred)
- Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24 volt DC circuitry.
- PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred
- Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important)
- This is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.
- We will consider candidates heavier on PLC's and lighter on CNC's or vice versa, who meet all other qualifications
- Min 7 years of troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet, etc., experience
- Min 7 years of experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuitry
- Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives
- Journeyman's card
