The Manifest Operator will lead all efforts to select least cost routing and dimensional weight as provided by the system. Also, ensure FedEx and UPS compliance surrounding manifests and related service documents and labels. This will require scanning customer Pick Tickets to the manifest, uploading of all manifest’s information, as well as coordinating, separating, and expediting customer level of parcel service. Additionally, the Manifest Operator will provide dedicated support to Customers Service, Shipping, Inventory Control. Order Pullers and Packers. The position requires to be the main point of contact for all manifest related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

· Scan Customer pick tickets into the FedEx or UPS manifest so customer ship to information populates.

· Enter customer carton dimensions to determine dimensional weight.

· Weight cartons on computerized scale that communicates carton weight directly to the manifest.

· Print FedEx or UPS carton labels and apply to cartons.

· Ensure completed manifested order transmits to our database system.

· Update any customer backorders and individual product quantities in our database system and generate a Packing Slip to be applied to the lead carton.

· Upon request from Customer Service provide rate quotes.
