EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
If driving a Mercy vehicle is required, applicant must have a driving record that is insurable under Mercyhealths insurance coverage guidelines. Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercys HR-01 Fleet Safety Policy. Position is subject to annual driving record background checks per Mercys HR-01 Fleet Safety Policy. The Technician must maintain a valid drivers license.
Driving a Mercy vehicle is specifically required in the following departments:
Janesville Distribution Center
Central Distribution at Javon Bea Hospital Rockton Avenue
Central Distribution at Javon Bea Hospital Riverside Avenue
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills allowing the Lead to serve as the point-person in working with internal customers in assessing their needs and the most appropriate solution.
Ability to effectively use applicable MMIS system being a super-user of the applicable MMIS system and a high-level resource for both coworkers and internal customers for all aspects of inventory management, receiving and supply-related questions.
