Job Title: General Staff

Overview:
Join our team as a General Staff member where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support in a psychic tea leaf reading shop. You will interact with customers, assist in sales activities, market, handle food and beverage, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Duties:
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to offer assistance and support.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Demonstrate proficiency in retail math to process transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs effectively.
- Assist customers with sales inquiries and purchases.
- Conduct wireless sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.
- Set & clean up tea leaf readings, including handling food, washing dishes, and setting trays.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or food service environment.
- Familiarity with wireless sales techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
