• Collaborate with the team to cultivate new donors, and create campaigns to cultivate and steward mid-level donors, to increase their engagement and support.
• Coordinate production schedule for donor communications, including newsletters, email appeals, impact reports, thank-you letters and donor gifts.
• Create landing pages in WordPress to support fundraising campaigns.
• Create emails (design headers/graphics) in Virtuous to include A/B testing while utilizing email best practices.
• Manage and oversee global impact numbers for all countries.
• Create development related content to support campaigns, events and donor strategies for social media.
• Assist the team in planning and executing fundraising events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.

• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and progress towards goals for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in researching and identifying prospective new donors.
• Proactively initiate sponsorship and funding opportunities.

• Assist in writing case for support documents, proposals, and donor follow-up reports.
• Collaborate with Development team to design USA Quarterly Report in Canva and annual impact report

• Work directly with the management and development team to manage project workflow and oversee day-to-day milestones.
• Provide administrative support to the development team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
• Oversee email interest list from events/conference ZOE attends and input new contact information into the database.
• Represent ZOE in the community at tabling events.

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a nonprofit organization or ministry
• Proficiency in marketing platforms, analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress and BaseCamp
• Experience project and budget management a plus 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
