ZOE International is Hiring a Graphic Design Specialist Near Santa Clarita, CA
- Create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email, direct mail letters, newsletters and website assets
- Collaborate with the Media and Development team to develop creative concepts and design solutions
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the organization's message
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field OR 3 Years experience with graphic design preferred
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus
- Passion for our mission and vision
- Represent the ZOE culture
- Ability to understand and communicate the voice, brand and values of the organization
- Can adhere to deadlines / timelines
- Always learning and staying up to date with best Graphic Design practices
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to think creatively, adapt efficiently, problem-solve, and be organized
- Ability to tell stories through content creation
- Willingness to begin as contractor with option of moving full-time
- Animation proficiency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of print production and file prep
- Website design (preferred)
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Must be available to work from our corporate offices in Santa Clarita, CA (Once full-time)
- Must be available to commute to other locations or events on occasion as needed
