**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.

This position is for individuals 18 years and older with reliable transportation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
- Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and reporting
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain organizational standards and visual merchandising guidelines
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
