Job Description
Are you hardworking, reliable, and experienced in janitorial and maintenance? We’re looking for you! Our East location is growing, and we need a Janitorial Professional who is detailed and has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape and clean during the weekend hours. Compensation:$13 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:Janitorial Associate for Weekend Shift
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, showers, offices, main floor, and windows
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the main floor, sales floor, and seating area
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying them as needed
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces
- Dust ceiling vents, machines, equipment, lockers, and shelves
- Operate and sanitize all equipment
- Night shift hours 7:00 pm to 3:00 am or 8:00 pm to 4:00 am
- 2 years of maintenance experience
- Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Candidates must complete this application in its entirety including the personality assessment in order to be considered for this position
- Highly motivated and able to work independently on a night shift
- Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lb
