Position Overview:
The Order Management Specialist reviews and resolves many different types of client requests utilizing multiple Zones systems. This position interacts with clients indirectly via email, electronic portals and most importantly through quick work performance of standardized client requests. Client requests include order status, order modifications, freight upgrades, returns, quoting new business and more, and this position will complete the final resolution of these issues and report their work to the client upon completion. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain Operations.

We are seeking candidates with the following:
Qualified candidates can expect an hourly range of $20.00 - $28.00.
Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
