We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in event planning and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the event planning team to conceptualize and execute events from start to finish
- Assist in preparing event proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate vendor contracts and oversee vendor relationships
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation
- Track event expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Handle event registrations and communications with attendees
