Responsibilities
Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings, including sending out meeting invites, booking conference rooms, and creating agendas
- Take minutes and prepare meeting notes
- Assist with research projects and provide support in conducting market research
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, prioritizing and responding accordingly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
