ZoomCare is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the facilities team with new clinic builds, clinic remodels, and implementation plans, and provides a variety of administrative support. The Coordinator schedules maintenance and facilities repairs, and ensures they are completed in accordance with requirements. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support multiple projects in different phases.
  • Assist with the establishment and termination processes for utility services for our clinics.
  • Create project plan documents including the schedule and charter, and organize, track, and update multiple project budgets.
  • Ensure punch list items and close out documentation are completed as appropriate.
  • Communicate service line changes, new clinic openings, and clinic closures to vendors, and coordinate related work and documentation.
  • Dispatch repairs and preventative maintenance work orders to vendors in the CMMS; track and follow up to ensure work orders are acknowledged and completed within assigned Service Level Agreement.
  • Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
  • Schedule and supervise external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the facilities budget, track expenses and ensure all facility-related expenditures are within budget; identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years facilities or operations management work experience.
  • Office 365, Google Suite, and Mac or Windows proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to effectively communicate with vendors and internal customers.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Valid State issued non-commercial class driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must reside in the Portland or Seattle metro area, and be able to travel to clinics as needed. 
  • Participates in a rotating on-call assignment which requires 24-hour
response availability, seven days a week during assigned weeks.
