Job DescriptionKickstart Your Career as an Employer Branding Working Student!What You’ll Do:
- Project Support: Dive into exciting projects like integrating our core values into business processes, building an advocacy program, enhancing our career website, and keeping our reputation shining both inside and out.
- Showcase Our Culture: Bring our company’s vibrant culture to life by sharing engaging stories on social media and through internal channels.
- Talent Engagement: Help us attract the best talent by promoting job openings and boosting our employer brand.
- Idea Generation: Share your fresh ideas to make our employer branding strategy even better.
- Content Creation: Create awesome content that highlights our employer brand, including writing and simple graphic design for various platforms.
- Event Coordination: Plan and support cool employer branding events, both online and in-person, to strengthen our company culture and connect with potential candidates.
- You’re currently studying Business Psychology, Online Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
- You have some experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Online Marketing (a plus, but not a must!) and already a good understanding of marketing and communications concepts.
- You’re fluent in English (minimum C1); German is a bonus.
- You’re talented in copywriting, communication, project management, and event organization.
- You’re creative and full of fresh ideas.
- You’re available to join us in Munich for at least 6 months, dedicating 20 hours per week.
- And most importantly, you’re a BIG Pet Lover! 😉
