Zoox is looking for a highly organized, experienced, and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews and ensure we provide a top-notch candidate experience from beginning to end.

You’ll play a pivotal role within a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Zoox.

You will build efficient interview schedules and continuously take action to improve the candidate experience. You will partner directly with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers in support of various Recruiting initiatives and consistently champion an exceptional interview process.

In this role, you will...

• Champion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Coordination team and drive the execution of Coordination projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to proactively identify and tackle inefficiencies in the interview process to refine existing functions and develop new programs to strengthen our hiring efforts.
• Partner with the Program Manager, Talent Operations on managing the interview experience across Zoox.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within Recruiting Coordination.
• Self-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Drive to build rapport with both candidates and internal business partners.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience working with Lever.
• Proficiency with Excel and / or Google Sheets.

Compensation

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $35 to $50 per hour, and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
