- Mimecast administration (any other similar product)
- Backup technician for Globalscape FTP or any other product
- Box - good to have.
- DocuSign – good to have.
- OpenText , RightFax
- Progress Software Move It and WSFTP (both platforms are being migrated to Globalscape within the next 9 months) - good to have.
- SSL Certificate renewals (current vendor is DigiCert).
- Domain registrar management (current vendor is Mark Monitor)
- External DNS management (current vendor is Ultra DNS
- Responsible for QuickBooks software updates
