Hybrid Role: Must be able to come on-site periodically and reside a commutable distance from the assigned work location.
Job SummaryProvides data collection and analysis to support marketing and other operational plans and metrics to meet program targets. Support customer satisfaction efforts and apply continuous improvement principles in day-to-day work.
Key Accountabilities
Provides support for high performing sales channel to increase knowledge and sales.
Assists in creation and execution of learning, development and coaching within sales channels.
Gathers data, performs statistical and numerical analysis to understand customer needs, identify revenue generation opportunities and support marketing and improvement plans.
Analyzes documents and maintains files of customer, project and campaign information including goals and results.
Accesses customer systems to produce reports to support principal level employees and leaders.
Completes projects as assigned by principal level employees and leaders.
Provides data needed for the preparation of internal and external presentations.
Uses continuous improvement tools to identify defects and improve processes .
Minimum Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline (verification of degree receipt will be required prior to starting in this job)
Other Qualifications PreferredExperience with project management, training, and ability to collect and analyze data in a collaborative team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including individuals at all levels, inside and outside the Company.
Proficiency in the following software applications sufficient to apply/support them with minimal instruction or guidance: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). This level of proficiency is typically attainable through 3 year(s) of substantive experience with these applications.
Flexibility and the ability to work with shifting priorities; embrace new/evolving responsibilities.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
