DescriptionJob Title: Electrical Test Technician (temp)
Job Designation
The Electrical Test Technician performs routine tasks to ensure lab operations run efficiently and meet regulatory requirements. Conducts a variety of day to day operations in support of the Technical Services team.
Job Core Responsibilities
Provides laboratory support to R&D projects; conducts a variety of day to day tasks in support of team operations
Ensures smooth operational running of the laboratory and workshop, while anticipating and troubleshooting routine issues
Performs routine testing or assembly per written procedures and records/reports data
Receives, inspects and manages raw materials for the department
Conduct product acceptance testing of PCBA's and record test results in JAMA requirements management system
Create and document detailed test procedures as derived from engineering test plans
Experience With Root Cause Analysis PreferredMaintains a consistent inventory of materials (micros, and raw materials) in the labs needed for R&D work
Helps maintain safe, clean, and orderly laboratories through organization and cleaning of laboratory equipment, materials
Other Responsibilities As AssignedRegular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Education Level: (Required): Associates degree minimum
(Preferred): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
RequiredField of Study/Area of Experience (if more than 5 years experience required, provide overview in the experience comments to support objective justification):
3 years of experience
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List (Choose from the list below & delete those that do not apply; feel free to add your own)
Basic math skills with an ability to solve routine problems based on existing procedures
Knowledge of Quality Management System requirements
Strong attention to detail, experience documenting test results and entering data on equipment logs
Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
