Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk
- Organize, process, and maintain completed medical records and handle personal health information in a confidential manner
- Operate computer to enter and retrieve data and type correspondence and reports
- Provides clerical and other office services to the Medical Records Department which includes filing, typing, faxing, and photocopying
- Experience in medical records and utilizing an EHR is required
- Ability to adhere to the City of Philadelphia's mandate for Covid Vaccination in healthcare facilities
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Salary Range: $17.50 / hour
- Benefits: Comprehensive; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO
