Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring the facility's equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Perform electrical maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repair, and installation
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and read schematics to diagnose issues
- Manage work orders through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Fabricate parts when necessary to maintain equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proficient in electrical maintenance techniques
- Experience supervising and managing a maintenance team
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CMMS software
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed
