Responsibilities:
- Design fluid and gas systems for WTP process facilities.
- Develop technical reports, calculations, and design documentation using engineering software.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct system design and equipment specifications based on project requirements.
- Support safety analyses and hazard evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3 years of related experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a Department of Energy badge for site access.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with quality assurance programs (e.g., ASME-NQU-1, ISO-9000).
