Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Manager to join our dynamic retail team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in the management of store operations, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Provide sales coaching and support to sales associates to drive sales growth and achieve sales goals.
- Manage the cash register and supervise cashiers, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of store operations, including retail math and inventory management.
- Conduct interviews and new sales associates and store staff.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store-specific strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize market knowledge to make informed decisions about store promotions and displays.
- Supervise and mentor sales associates, providing ongoing training and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as required to support the store's overall success.

Skills:

- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proven track record in sales, with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and supervising cashiers.
- Effective supervisory and interviewing skills.
- Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff in multiple languages.
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date on market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.70 - $15.50 per hour
