```Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they meet performance targets
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash register duties, including processing transactions and providing accurate change
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales and track inventory
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean and organized

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and budgeting purposes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
