ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Excellence:
Spend quality time with each patient, averaging 40 minutes per individual
Lead Therapeutic TeamDirect and manage therapists to ensure top-notch patient care
Operational ManagementOversee clinical and administrative operations at the clinic
Team CollaborationWork closely with other clinic directors and management to maintain clinic integrity
Orthopedic FocusProvide evidence-based care to orthopedic outpatient caseload, including ortho, sports medicine, and post-surgical patients
Professional DevelopmentParticipate in leadership programs, educational events, and mentoring initiatives
RequirementsLicensed Professional:
Hold an NYS Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy License with valid CPR certification
ExperienceMinimum of three years in clinical outpatient settings, including two years in supervision or program development
SpecializationPrefer candidates with a certificate of specialization
SkillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Team PlayerAbility to thrive in a busy clinic environment and promote teamwork
Interpersonal SkillsExcellent customer service, communication, and conflict management abilities
Orthopedic ExpertiseExperience in treating general ortho, post-op, and sports medicine patients
