Compensation
- $30-40/hr ($60,000-$80,000/year) plus Potential Bonus Dependent on Market
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment
- Operate various hand and power tools
- Perform skilled electrical maintenance work
- Lubricate and pack heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning motors
- Install, rebuild, replace or repair various equipment
- Maintain records concerning time, labor, and materials
Experience RequiredMinimum 1 year of technical experience; EPA Universal (or EPA I & II) and/or CFESA certification preferred.
RequiredBackground Check:
Drug TestRequired for controlled substances only
