Job SummaryOur client is currently seeking five dedicated Medical Technologists to conduct clinical laboratory tests and procedures independently. The role involves demonstrating expertise in testing procedures and utilizing laboratory equipment. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of general lab experience or equivalent clinical laboratory training.
Responsibilities
- Proficiently perform testing procedures and utilize laboratory equipment.
- Execute and assess Quality Control Program.
- Support laboratory training initiatives.
- Uphold exceptional attendance and on-time performance.
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field.
- Preferred certifications: NCA, ASCP, HEW, or AMT.
- Minimum of 1 year of general lab experience or equivalent clinical laboratory training.
- Familiarity with laboratory regulations and accreditation standards.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
