- Perform evaluations and re-certifications, direct therapy treatment
- Engage patients and families in home education/exercise programs
- Complete visit documentation using Health Trust Software
- Schedule patient visits to align with the plan of care and agency timelines
- Supervise COTAs as necessary and participate in team meetings
- Compensation rate varies based on experience
- Active Occupational Therapist Texas License
- Current CPR certification
