Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality patient care by overseeing a team of therapists
- Manage clinical and administrative operations for the clinic
- Collaborate with management to maintain clinic integrity and uphold organizational standards
- Lead compassionate care for orthopedic outpatient caseload
- Participate in professional development opportunities
- Valid NYS Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy License and CPR certification
- Three years of clinical outpatient experience with supervision or program development experience
- Membership in professional organizations preferred
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Competitive starting salary of $88,000 - $116,000 per year
