ResponsibilitiesAs the Civil Foreman (MODS), your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment.
- Ensuring team members' safety and compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Conducting daily safety meetings and inspections.
- Managing crew members and equipment scheduling and coordination.
- Reviewing and approving team work, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with project managers and customers.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous.
- Background in excavation, underground utilities, or concrete work is a plus.
