THE POSITION
Seeking a Civil Foreman (MODS) with a pay range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year. We provide a generous compensation plan aligned with industry standards and your expertise.

Seeking a Civil Foreman (MODS) with a pay range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year. We provide a generous compensation plan aligned with industry standards and your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections
- Coordinate crew members and equipment
- Review and approve team's work
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and customers
- Experience in civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous
- Experience with excavation, underground utilities, and concrete work is a plus
