Position Overview: Tower Foreman (MODS)
- Competitive pay range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers and structures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct daily safety meetings
- Coordinate crew schedules, review completed work, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with project managers and customers for quality service
- Work authorization
- 5 years of telecommunications experience, with at least three years as a foreman
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug tests, work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and OSHA certification are a plus
