POSITION AVAILABLE: Tower Foreman (MODS)
- Annual Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
- Compensation: Competitive based on industry standards and experience
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections daily
- Manage crew scheduling and equipment coordination
- Review and approve team's work
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials
- Communicate effectively with project managers and customers
- Minimum 5 years of telecommunications experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to work at heights and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
