THE POSITION: Tower Technician I (MODS)
As a Tower Technician I (MODS) at Zunch Labs Telecom Solutions, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers and structures. Working under the direction of a Tower Foreman, you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, assist in crew scheduling, and maintain accurate records of work completed.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers and structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in crew scheduling and coordination.
- Report issues to the Tower Foreman.
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- 1-2 years of telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- Experience with tower equipment installation, maintenance, and repair is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Capable of climbing and working at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Flexible work hours and on-call availability as needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
