**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a Tower Technician I (MODS) to join our team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $40,000 to $50,000 annually, with compensation aligned with industry standards and your experience level.
**Responsibilities**

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
• Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations
• Assist in coordinating crew members and equipment schedules
• Report any issues to the Tower Foreman
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors

**Requirements**

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Experience with tower equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs is beneficial
• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Comfortable with working at heights and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours
• Strong communication skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
