About The PositionOur company is currently seeking a Tower Technician II to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Tower Technician II, you will play a crucial role in supporting tower installations, ensuring quality construction from foundation to tower erection. This position requires someone with at least 3 years of experience as a certified tower climber.

Responsibilities
- Conducting installations on radios, antennas, and RF equipment
- Troubleshooting alarms and RSSI issues at sites
- Performing electrical and mechanical tilts on antennas
- Running jumpers and making necessary connections
- Climbing various communications structures for installations and audits
- Following daily instructions, completing paperwork, and adhering to company policies
- Applying job skills to complete assigned tasks effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Certified Tower Climber qualification
- Knowledge of mounting, aligning, cabling, and testing equipment
- Skills in safety audits, tower maintenance, and painting
- Proficiency in climbing structures and working with aerial lifts
- Familiarity with UMTS, 4G, and basic electricity
- Ability to terminate cables, fix connectors, and install coaxial cable
- Strong troubleshooting skills in equipment, coax, and fiber
- Rescue, Anritsu, OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Capable of climbing various structures, lifting up to 50 lbs, and traveling as needed
