**Overview**
In this role based in Seattle, Washington, you will be working as a Tower Technician II (MODS), supporting tower installations, troubleshooting alarms/RSSI issues, conducting safety audits, and performing various construction duties. Joining as a key member of the team, you will be responsible for tasks ranging from climbing communication structures to identifying cable color codes.
**Responsibilities**

• Perform electrical and mechanical down tilts on antennas
• Follow daily instructions, complete necessary paperwork, and lead lower-level employees
• Install coaxial cables on structures
• Utilize knowledge of Microwave equipment and PIM troubleshooting
• Provide expertise in fiber testing, grounding installations, tower demolition, stripping, and painting
• Travel within a designated region and work in confined spaces and harsh weather conditions

**Requirements**

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Certified Tower Climber via Gravitec Systems, Inc. or ComTrain
• Rescue certification
• Familiarity with Anritsu and/or OSHA certification
• Knowledge of standard knots, UMTS, and 4G
• Ability to climb while carrying tools and equipment up to 60 pounds

• Climb and crawl in ladder racking if necessary
• Work in confined spaces and harsh weather conditions
