Position SummaryAs a Tower Technician II (MODS) with us, you can expect to earn between $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Our compensation package aligns with industry standards and is based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment, primarily on towers and structures.
- Follow strict adherence to company and industry safety regulations.
- Assist in crew scheduling and equipment coordination.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians.
- Maintain precise records of work completed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the Tower Foreman.
- 2-3 years of experience working in telecommunications.
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and structures.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
- Capability to climb and work at heights.
- Capability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility with hours and availability for on-call duties.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Possession of OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous.
