Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the construction industry. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in court and providing legal advice on construction-related matters. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Associate Litigation Attorney, Court, Construction, Construction Defect Litigation, Litigation, Trial, and Colorado.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various stages of Litigation, including Trial and Appeal
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions and other discovery
- Participate in mediation and settlement conferences
- Attend hearings, trials, and other court appearances
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to achieve case objectives
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Colorado State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Litigation Attorney
- Experience with Construction Law and Construction Defect Litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
