Zywave is searching for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations Technology to be the leader of our SFDC platform. The Senior Director of Revenue Operations Technology will be responsible for the strategy, vision, roadmap and governance of Zywave’s SFDC instance and software tools leveraged by our GTM and back-office teams.  This role will be responsible for the technical/architectural strategy of Zywave’s SFDC and inheriting as well as building out a team of world-class technical resources, admins and operations/business analysts. The Senior Director of Revenue Operations Technology requires deep knowledge and experience in SaaS, B2B, process as well as business and systems operations and will serve in a leadership capacity with influence and support from C-Suite executives.

What you will do: 

  • Zywave’s SFDC CRM application owner
  • Develop, own and execute Zywave’s SFDC architectural strategy which incorporates the company’s overall business objectives
  • Partner with c-suite executives as well as key senior leaders during business planning season and to ensure expectations are met and communicated appropriately
  • Create and maintain data integration, migration and deployment strategies, including the development of a data dictionary, policy and maintenance strategy
  • Responsible for developing, executing and owning the governance model and team for Zywave’s SFDC CRM
  • Create and own the two to three-year product/innovation strategy and roadmap including the strategic planning for Salesforce program
  • Responsible for in-depth knowledge of both business operations (e.q. sales, marketing, services, finance, accounting, etc.) as well as systems operations
  • Leads technical requirements gathering and/or technical design workshops/proof of concepts for complex projects and technical solutions while using CRM & SFDC best practices
  • Create best practices, standards and playbooks for the integration of acquired company’s data and processes
  • Leads all change management efforts within the platform team, Revenue Operations as well as larger Zywave company for all stakeholders and front-line users affected by new developments or deployments
  • Responsible for defining and owning the target operating model of the team
  • Lead and manager the existing team of individual contributors which includes SFDC Admins, Business Operations Analysts and additional resources, as well as being responsible for building out and up the team short and long term

What you should bring:

  • Experience in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Analytics cloud and integrating solutions from the salesforce.com ecosystem. Certifications required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations, integrations, and developing and executing data migrations
  • Minimum of working 8 years working in the SaaS industry for large to enterprise sized companies
  • Minimum of working 8 years in a B2B environment
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading, supporting or creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in project management or managing a portfolio of projects at a given time
  • Understands the principles of change management and has experience in managing small- and large-scale technical change management
  • Knowledge of sales, sales enablement and marketing technologies and tech stack including but not limited to Marketo, Gainsight, Bizzable, 6sense, Gong, Showpad, Sage Intaact, LinkSquares
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SFDC Partner Ecosystem and solutions
  • The ability to prioritize requests and projects as well as the ability to communicate the order of importance to the team and key stakeholders/requestors
  • Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity)
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
