Title: Project Manager ServiceNow

Location: Dallas, Texas

Duration: Contract

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to manage two ServiceNow upgrades. This is a remote contract job opening but candidates will need to come to the office occasionally.

• Developing the plan and managing the resources using agile methodology in ServiceNow tools
• Managing the risk and assisting with risk mitigation
• Managing all of the components needed around communications, training and go-live working with the teams responsible for these various components.
• Keeping the project on schedule, managing the team and other resources, and taking other decisive actions that ensure the project’s successful completion.

Skills needed:

• Agile Methodology experience.
• Three years of ServiceNow experience
• Proven problem solving and leadership skills
• Flexibility, and effective communication skills - both verbal and written
