Role in Brief
We are seeking to hire a Client Liaison Associate Analyst to act as a key link between Fund Managers and Albourne’s client-facing teams. This role is responsible for managing ongoing communications, including email correspondence, updating fund statuses, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow from fund managers. A core part of the role involves using Albourne’s proprietary manager portal to streamline communication and maintain up-to-date, high-quality data on Private Markets funds, supporting the needs of both Albourne and its clients.
Skills and Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the communication to assigned Funds. Expected to perform the following tasks:
Fund Communication Tasks:
Work with Portfolio Reporting analysts and other client-facing teams to understand key deliverables.
Asset Class Reporting (ACR) team by requesting data room/portal access.
Coordinate with fund managers on client requirements.
Prepare status update reports for clients based on communications received.
Foster knowledge transfer within the company by working closely with other investment analysts.
Capture relevant fund status updates to ensure client deliverables are met.
Email and Document Management:
Manage email communication across client requests.
Project manage dual fund requests across unique client requests.
Manage and store fund communication in the database, updating the status as needed.
Data Processing and Updating:
Maintain tools and internal databases with up-to-date, clean, accurate, and current information (Fund Status, frequency, and Source).
MoatSpace Management:
Address managers’ queries about MoatSpace, Albourne’s web portal for investment managers.
General Responsibilities:
Adhere to deadlines set by both management and clients.
Participate in status update calls with clients and possibly investment teams.
Maintain extensive knowledge of the internal system and active testing.
Maintain relevant SharePoint pages and seek optimal procedures.
