Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to join our IT Managed Services (MSP) team. As part of our MSP team, you will be responsible for managing both internal and end-customer infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security and availability. Your key duties will include proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and handling technical escalations. Additionally, you will leverage automation and scripting to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive innovation in IT service management.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
•    Ensure system uptime and optimal performance of all internal IT services.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software and network issues.
•    Perform routine system checks, software updates, and patches.
•    Oversee and manage virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), cloud infrastructure, and data centres.
•    Provide remote monitoring and technical support for client systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
•    Administer and support clients’ IT environments, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
•    Address and resolve client tickets in a timely manner, escalating issues when needed.
•    Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs / requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
•    Assist in client onboarding, configuration, and technical troubleshooting as needed.
•    Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades for client systems.

Qualifications & Experience
•    1–3 years of experience in a similar IT operations or support role.
•    Experience with system and/or network administration, particularly in:
         o    Managing Windows and Linux operating systems
         o    User account and permission management (MS AD or Azure)
         o    Basic network configuration and troubleshooting
         o    System monitoring and updates
•    Knowledge of scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Bash.
•    Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
•    Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is a plus.
•    Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

•    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
•    Willingness to continuously develop technical skills and certifications.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
