Salary:

• UoP (Employment Contract): 15,300 PLN gross / month

• B2B: 1,020 PLN net / day

About the project:

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join a long-term project in the financial sector, focused on the Liquidity & ALM (Asset and Liability Management) area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial instruments, especially in hedge accounting, liquidity stress testing, and IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book).

You don’t need to be an expert in all areas – what matters is your open mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently. If you enjoy taking ownership and working on meaningful analytical challenges, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Work independently to define, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Liquidity and ALM functions
• Analyze financial data and systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business needs
• Support and maintain data processes, workflows, and analysis frameworks
• Prepare and document findings, propose improvements, and contribute to system development

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience in financial instruments, preferably including Hedge Accounting, IRRBB, and liquidity stress testing
• Proficiency in SQL – you can extract and analyse data independently
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written – C1/C2 level)
• The ability to take initiative and define your own scope of work

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with BSM (FOCUS engine) from FIS
• Background or experience in the banking or regulatory environment
• Knowledge of ALM tools or financial risk modelling
