Customer Service with English C1

For our Client an international and well-known brand from finance industry we are seeking for fluent English (C1) speakers who are interested in a position of Customer Service Specialist.

Location: 100% Remote work!

Salary: up to 6000 gross/month

But please be advised that equipment to be picked up at the company's headquarters in Wrocław.

Together with our Client we are seeking a dynamic and communicative individual who will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive customer service in English - mainly inbound callas (Customers are from the UK, so on a daily basis you will use this language at work)
• Responding to inquiries about the company's services
• Verifying data in the system
• Generating reports

Requirements:

• Fluent English at C1 level
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Experience in customer service, preferably in corporate structures
• Ability to work with data and reports
• Good attention to detail skills
• Previous experience or studies in finance, banking will be a plus but is not a must
