For one of our client's, International transportation company we are looking for a Manager Strategic Customer Support (Finance)

Job Description

As a Manager Strategic Customer Support, you will be part of the European Ship-To-Collect Business Partner Team. You will advise and support the European organization and its largest customers on invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections. Your responsibilities will include project management for customer-specific invoicing solutions, managing bad debt risks, growing revenue, and leading a team of specialists who support stakeholders and customers with complex setups.

You will also lead key initiatives across Europe, contribute to a global team environment, and optimize customer experience and bad debt while playing a crucial role in the integration strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage workload and supervise a remote team while being part of a European team (10-12 FTE)
• Drive customer satisfaction by offering financial expertise to innovative projects and initiatives
• Collaborate across functions and organizational hierarchies to achieve business targets
• Deliver project management excellence and ensure solutions align with the company’s strategy
• Be actively involved in transformation strategies and global collaboration efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a team, along with expertise in finance, complemented by strong project management skills.
• Ability to understand and translate the company’s strategy and business model into customer solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical judgment, and decision-making abilities
• Professional leadership experience combined with solid planning and organizing skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, including stakeholder and customer interaction
• Readiness to travel as part of the role
