Accounts Payable Specialist for Production Company
Advansor is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions and delivering world class quality
Your role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with solid knowledge of accounting principles to join our finance team. You will report to our Finance Manager and work closely with the rest of the finance team. The role requires that you are able to work independently and structured ensuring that at all processes in the accounts payable area are completed in a professional and timely manner.

Main tasks
The scope of work is day-to-day account payables bookkeeping tasks, including:
Manage daily bookkeeping, entry of data
VAT filings Intrastat for Denmark
Travel expenses – we use Concur
Follow up on purchase orders
Assist with ESG data update – we use Resource Allocator
Setting up vendor master data
Reconciliation of vendor statements
Your background
You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or similar. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting will be crucial for success in this role. Further You bring solid experience with bookkeeping related to A/P, PO´s, assets, VAT, etc, and you have experience with and ability to navigate in accounting systems. We use NAV and Continia, and we highly value if you have specific knowledge of NAV A/P and Continia workflow. Knowledge of D365 F&O will also be considered an advantage, as we expect to start the implementation of D365 F&O within the coming year.
