Lean Consultant

Blackfield Associates are currently partnered with a global Pharmaceutical manufacturer to support their search for a Lean Consultant to join their project based in Hillerod on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of process improvement workstreams.
• Establish clear deliverables, project plans, and governance structures for each workstream.
• Facilitate workshops, weekly meetings, and stakeholder engagement to drive solution design and implementation.
• Ensure alignment and synergy between different improvement workstreams.
• Provide progress updates and reporting to the Leadership Team.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Sufficient years of relevant experience in process improvement or Lean methodologies.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred but not essential.
• Strong facilitation, project planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
