Project QA Training Partner

Job Title: Project QA (PQA) Training Partner

The PQA Training Partner will provide quality support to all work streams with a focus on training requirements and needs. This role reports directly to the PQA Project Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a systematic and continuous focus on ensuring the appropriate curricula are assigned to employees they support (PQA or entire project).
• Plan and prioritize which curricula new employees must have assigned in collaboration with other workstream training partners.
• Ensure employees have required and relevant curricula assigned.
• Standardize required training for tasks within the team.
• Align training requirements with other teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact on learning matters within the supported team(s).

Support Activities:

• Define the training strategy for the expansion projects.
• Ensure availability of OJT and ILC trainers.
• Align new learning initiatives with the local learning department.
• Support the development of training materials for eLearning, ILC, and OJT.
• Support development of training curricula and class creation.
• Act as the training partner for PQA with respect to onboarding new employees (including non-GMP training).

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide input to the Quality Risk Register.
• Contribute to training metrics for both ComplianceWire and EIDA training systems.

Key Work Experience and Skills:

• Solid technical background and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in brownfield projects.

Duration & Workload:

• Full-time, 12-month contract
