The team and the Role:

We are on an exciting journey of building our HR Operating Model and are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Associate. You will be a key player in optimizing our Workday system, supporting day-to-day operations, and help implement new modules. As part of our Global People team, you will work with over 20 international colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will be instrumental in optimizing our Workday system and driving the expansion of our system capabilities. By ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you will directly contribute to the efficiency of our HR processes and support the dynamic needs of our growing business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Act as the first point of contact for Workday-related queries and issues from People team and other business users.
  • Support the implementation of other Workday modules.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets related to Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Reporting, etc)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
  • Act as focal point for Reporting needs and development
  • Assist with system configuration updates, data uploads, and testing for ongoing enhancements.
  • Document processes, maintain user guides, and support training efforts for end users.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing audits and routine system checks.
  • Assist with HR operational tasks, including employee onboarding, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the system supports business needs.

You have 3 years of experience from a similar position, preferably with some involvement in HRIS implementation. You bring expertise in configuration, process improvement, and automation across multiple modules, and have experience in growing organizations with a fast-paced working environment.

Required skills and experience:
  • Proficient in HR systems (ideally Workday), with experience in configuration, process improvement and automation across multiple modules.
  • Proven track record from HR system implementation and support, preferably in international settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle conflict and escalations effectively.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows is desirable.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Digital Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
